華星東方公司承建的湖南省衡陽市衡陽縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2024年12月10日通過72+24小時試運行。
The flue gas cleaning project of the solid waste incineration power generation plant in Hengyang, Hunan Province, undertaken by HEPT, has passed a 72hour + 24-hour trial operation since 10th. Dec 2024.
該項目設計規模日焚燒處理垃圾600噸，配置1x600t/d焚燒爐+1×12MW純凝式汽輪機。煙氣處理采用“半干法（旋轉霧化半干反應塔）+干法（噴射消石灰）+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵器”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設備供貨工程。
The design scale of this incineration project is 600-ton per day, equipped with 1x600t/d incinerator +1×12MW pure condensing turbine. Flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas cleaning process of "semi-dry method (rotary atomization semi-dry reactor) + dry method (spray slaking lime) + activated carbon spray + bag dust collector", all of which have been supplied by HEPT.
